3. Appointment Policies
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake.
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so we may offer your slot to another patient; repeated late cancellations or missed visits may be subject to a fee, which will always be communicated before being applied.
- Clinic hours and therapist availability may change; confirmed bookings take precedence over website descriptions.
